The Board of the West Park - Forest Ridge Civic Association is a group of our friends and neighbors dedicated to making our neighborhood a better place to live.

Membership on the board is on a volunteer basis and the only requirement is the ability to make a one-year comitment.  We welcome anyone who is interested in participating in this wonderful opportunity to make new friends and be involved in ongoing effort(s) to enhance and improve our community.   The board oversees all of the administrative needs of our association, adheres to bylaws intended to offer guidance and direction, manages funds relative to the community, and schedules and coordinates the annual events and celebrations among many other things.
We are a not-for-profit organization whose officers and trustees are made up of your neighbors who donate their time and services.

The West Park Forest Ridge Civic Association is a fancy name for our community group of volunteers, also known as The WPFR Board of Trustees.  The charter for our development group contains guidelines for the ongoing maintenance of areas of the development not funded by the city of North Olmsted.  It also provides a structure for this board to operate in a fair and open manner.

Participation on the Board is open to anyone in residence for at least one year.  The Board structure is simple; there are four Officer positions (candidates are elected), and nine Trustee positions (although we are free to expand beyond that if necessary).
